In these classes we explore several elements of Afro-Latin American dances from South America, with a focus on gaining awareness of our bodies and our use of space, through a learning process based on a communitarian approach.
We practise exercises and movement sequences deepening and cultivating our bodily capacities, and we will delve into aspects of specific dances, their narratives and contexts.
