In this dance workshop we explore several elements that help in supporting ourselves when moving, focussing our attention on managing effort and range of motion, while taking care and gaining an awareness of our bodies’ potential. We move to and from the floor, practice movement sequences, and delve into ways of moving together, keeping physical distance yet fostering bodily connection.
